Richard Benner, Sr. (Dick), is a graduate Aeronautical Engineer. He left the Aerospace industry to build homes and swimming pools in Florida. In the 70's, the Benner family relocated to Houston and Dick continued as a custom home builder and swimming pool contractor. The high-quality swimming pool that Pleasure Pools builds today, is the result of Dick's engineering background and attention to detail.

Barbara Benner manages the business office. She is usually the first person a pool buyer will talk to about their needs and requirements for their pool project. In conjunction with managing the office, Barbara schedules the job starts and responds to customer inquiries.

Richard Benner, Jr. (Rick), has been in the construction business more than 20 years and he too, is a hands-on pool builder. Rick's background includes project management for custom home builder's and residential and commercial remodeling. Rick is responsible for sales and marketing.

Laura Benner's experience includes apartment management, due diligence, hiring vendors, leasing and customer service. Laura primarily handles data processing and customer service.
